Edmond de Rothschild Partnerships

The Edmond de Rothschild Partnerships Organization was established by the Edmond de Rothschild Foundation in 2016, in order to create one home for leadership programs for youth and young people, and with the aim of serving as the social arm of the foundation working to reduce gaps in Israeli society.

Equal opportunities, constant learning, innovation, responsibility and partnership. These values guide our work and we instill them in the participants of our programs.

The organization locates leading young men and women with leadership potential, who mostly come from the socio-geographical periphery and trains them in the quest to establish future Israeli leadership that believes in social worldviews and principles that include: reducing gaps, equal opportunities, solidarity and mutual respect.

Our programs combine the need to expand education and knowledge, and the aspiration to develop social activism and support personal capacity. The organization accompanies the participants of the programs, directs them and provides them with tools for influence – personal and group. Special emphasis is placed on social, sectarian and religious diversity, and the participants of the programs represent the diversity that exists in Israeli society and come from all its sectors throughout Israel – from the Galilee in the north to the Negev in the south.

We believe that through our programs we have the power to change the reality in the State of Israel and are proud that many organizations from the public, business, academic and social sectors choose to be our partners in action.
