Edmond de Rothschild Partnerships

The Edmond de Rothschild Partnerships organization was established in 2016 by the Edmond de Rothschild Foundation to create a home for leadership programs for youth and young adults, and to serve as the non-profit operative branch of the Foundation, which strives to reduce disparities in Israeli society.

The values of equal opportunities, continuous learning, innovation, responsibility, and partnership inform and guide our activities and are also imparted to our program participants.

The EdR Partnerships organization identifies and trains potential leaders among young Israelis, especially from the socio-geographic periphery, with the goal of establishing a socially-minded cadre of future leaders from diverse backgrounds, imbued with the principles of reducing gaps, equity, solidarity, and mutual respect.

Our programs combine the pursuit of education and knowledge, development of social activism, and cultivation of self worth. The organization supports program participants, guides them, and provides them with personal and group impact tools. Specific emphasis is placed on social, ethnic, and religious diversity, and program participants represent the human range of Israeli society and originate from all populations across the country, from the Galilee in the north to the Negev in the south.

We believe that through our programs, we can change the reality of life in the State of Israel, and are proud to have as partners numerous organizations form the public, business, academic, and social spheres.
