The Edmond de Rothschild Partnerships’ mentor forum consists of more than one hundred mentors, individuals in senior positions in many fields chosen to take part in the program based on their rich personal and professional experience. All mentors participate in the program on a fully voluntary basis, driven by a kinship with their community and society, the wish to nurture the next generation, and share their knowledge and experience. The process also provides them with an opportunity to learn from the younger generation and the joint experience.
A member of the mentor forum is assigned to each of the participants selected for the mentoring program, according to their preferences and requests.
Through the years, the program gave rise to numerous success stories of meaningful mentoring processes, as reflected by consequential guidance of the mentee—typically, a young individual at early career stages, the forging of friendships bonds that endure for years after the program eds, and even job offers received by program alumni from the mentors themselves or with their help. Undoubtedly, this is one of the most significant opportunities offered to program participants today, and a genuine springboard into adult life.
